Diversity and Inclusion Champion for Asia Pacific from the mid 1990s and for this function had to work with many counterparts in the US
Her last assignment was as Senior Vice President of Philips China responsible for the HR function and also HR Head for Asia from 2006-2008. Philips China, in 2008 had a headcount of 18,000. |

Presently, Elizabeth is located in Singapore. She has just finished writing a book, ‘Maximizing Human Capital in Asia – from the inside out.’ The book is being published by John Wiley and Sons and it contains the ‘what’ and ‘how’ to maximize Human Capital. It also documents her convictions on all the important aspects of the HR function.
She is also a much sought after speaker and facilitator in the Asian region. She was a speaker for the October 2008 HR Summit and moderator for the February 2009 Fair Employment Practices Conference. Both events were held in Singapore.
Elizabeth’s first degree was in Economics and in 2003, was awarded a PhD in Management. She is a mother of two children, a son, 28 and a daughter, 19. For exercise, she plays a game of golf with her family and friends. |
